Ryan is a versatile and accomplished actor whose career is marked by a rich blend of classical training and diverse performance experiences. With a BA(Hons) from the esteemed Guildhall School of Music & Drama, he honed his craft under the mentorship of distinguished figures such as Patsy Rodenburg and Declan Donnellan, among others. His impressive repertoire includes stage performances in productions like "Journey’s End," "Aunt Mame," and "The Great Middlemarch Mystery," and appearances in popular TV shows such as "Doctors," "Casualty," and "Chewing Gum." In addition to his on-screen endeavours, Ryan has lent his talents to various commercials and voiceover projects. His passion for drama extends beyond performance to education, where he has dedicated over fifteen years to nurturing future talents. As Head of Drama at the Bucks School of Dance, Ryan specialises in preparing students for LAMDA exams, sharing his extensive knowledge and love for the art of acting.

Alistair’s journey in the performing and creative arts has been both dynamic and inspiring, beginning with his debut on stage at just eight years old. His passion for the arts has led him to wear multiple hats as a performer, producer, and director. Alistair's experience co-producing shows at a large theatre in Berkshire has honed his skills in collaborating with emerging artists, providing him with a deep understanding of the creative process from multiple perspectives. His academic pursuit culminated in 2014 when he earned a master's degree in Creative Practice in Direction for Musical Theatre from the Arts Educational School London. This academic experience further fuelled his passion for fostering talent and innovation in the performing arts, and he continues to contribute to the field by developing new projects, including a television series treatment. Alistair’s eclectic background and dedication to the arts make him a pivotal figure in nurturing the next generation of performing artists.

Jenine is a dedicated educator who brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role in local summer schools. With several years of experience in designing engaging and educational workshops, she has honed her skills in crafting lessons that capture students' imaginations and foster a love for learning. Her commitment extends beyond traditional education, as she has also demonstrated a strong dedication to supporting children and young people with special educational needs (SEN). Through both professional and voluntary roles, Jenine has developed a deep understanding of inclusive practices that ensure all students have the opportunity to thrive. Her ability to create a supportive and fun learning environment makes her a valuable asset to the VCL team.
